Preference - Interview Evaluation Access

This preference allows you to control which users are, by default, able to access completed interview questionnaires. It is applicable only if you make use of the Interview Manager and related components - specifically Interview Questionnaires.

This preference can take on one of five possible values.

Visible only to SuperUsers

Only SuperUsers are able to view completed interview questionnaires. This does not prohibit other AppliTrack users from completing evaluations of applicants.
In an AppliTrack consortium, users of type HRAdmin may accept this role.

Visible to interview series organizer

Completed interview questionnaires are visible only to the AppliTrack user designated as the Interview Series' organizer. This does not prohibit other AppliTrack users from completing evaluations of applicants. With this setting, SuperUsers and HRAdmin users are able to view completed questionnaires.

Visible to participants in the interview series after they have completed the questionnaire

Completed interview questionnaires are visible to participants in the Series after they have completed an evaluation. The intent of this setting is to remove the possibility of one interview participant reviewing the evaluation responses of another participant, thereby reducing the possibility of bias in evaluation. With this setting, SuperUsers and HRAdmin users are able to view completed questionnaires.

Visible to participants in the interview series

Completed interview questionnaires are visible only to the AppliTrack users that are participants in the series associted with the questionnaire. With this setting, SuperUsers and HRAdmin users are able to view completed questionnaires.

Visible to all users

Completed interview questionnaires are visible only to any AppliTrack user with access to the associated applicant.
